Deliveries:
All goods should be checked and signed for by the customer and their agent at the time of delivery. No claims for damages, shortages or incorrect goods will be allowed, unless reported at the time of delivery. No claims arising from temperature defect will be entertained after delivery has been accepted.

Payment:
Strictly cash on delivery, unless credit terms have previously been agreed with the Company. Credit terms may be arranged on a direct debit basis. For details and application form contact our credit controller.

Title:
Title of the goods shall remain the property of the seller until such time as all payments are made in full.

Prices:
Although every effort will be made to hold prices firm, all prices are subject to change without notice. The effective price will be that ruling at time of dispatch.
